How does this 23 year old women do this to her poor dog. She stabbed her dog to death and she thinks it is her right???? She needs to be locked away.

This situation sounds very sinister. If these dogs were indeed well taken care of, relatively young dogs, we may have a person killing our beloved dogs for fun. I pray the authorities get to the bottom of this.
